1. Right of withdrawal
A consumer generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving reasons. For separately delivered goods, the period starts on receipt of the last item.
2. Notice
Withdrawal may be notified unequivocally by email to contact@sapkft.hu, by post to 9700, Szombathely, Szövő u. 100., using the statutory model form or the webshop’s online withdrawal function. It is timely if sent before expiry.
3. Online withdrawal function
The customer enters the data needed to identify the order and confirms withdrawal. Receipt is acknowledged promptly on a durable medium, normally email.
4. Return
Goods must be sent to 9700, Szombathely, Szövő u. 100. within 14 days after notice. The deadline is met if dispatched before expiry. Please include the order number.
5. Return cost
Unless otherwise undertaken, the consumer bears the direct return cost. Cash-on-delivery or unpaid parcels need not be accepted.
6. Reimbursement
Valid withdrawal is reimbursed within 14 days, including the least expensive standard delivery. Reimbursement may be withheld until return or credible proof of dispatch.
7. Diminished value
The consumer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Exceptions
The right does not apply in particular to non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. The bespoke nature and exclusion must be stated before ordering. A standard size or stock colour alone does not necessarily make a product personalised.
9. Model statement
To: SAP KFT, 9700, Szombathely, Szövő u. 100., contact@sapkft.hu. I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following goods. Order number; goods; order/receipt date; consumer name and address; date; signature if on paper.
10. Defective goods
Withdrawal is distinct from remedies for defective performance. Defects may also be reported under the Warranty and complaints page. Effective: 2026-08-04.
