How long will my order take?
In-stock goods can be dispatched sooner; bespoke or handcrafted goods take longer. The estimate appears on the product page, at checkout or in the confirmation.
How do I know a product is bespoke?
Bespoke, branded or personalised status is clearly indicated on the product page and order summary. Statutory withdrawal may be excluded for such goods.
Can I change my order?
Contact contact@sapkft.hu promptly with the order number. Stock orders may be changed before dispatch and bespoke orders before production starts; later changes may be impossible.
Which payment methods are available?
Current methods are shown at checkout. The webshop never asks by email for sensitive card details.
What does delivery cost?
The exact charge is shown before order submission based on destination, parcel and selected method.
Do you ship internationally?
Available countries appear at checkout. For an unlisted destination, request a quotation at contact@sapkft.hu.
What if the parcel is damaged?
Ask the carrier for a report, photograph parcel and product, then contact contact@sapkft.hu.
How can I withdraw?
Consumers generally have 14 days. Notice may be sent by email, post, model form or online function. Bespoke personalised goods may be excluded.
